Connection and Client Issues
Include your platform, the route name shown in your client, roughly when the issue occurred, and whether you are on a home, office, or mobile network. Explain whether you cannot connect, cannot access sites after connecting, or are having trouble with just one site. Include the exact error message.
If you have tried switching routes, updating your subscription, or changing networks, describe the results. Before sharing screenshots, hide subscription links, access tokens, passwords, and any personal information unrelated to troubleshooting.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Name the plan or data package involved, the status shown in your dashboard, and what happened instead. For payment issues, you can include the payment method and relevant order records. Do not share full payment account details.
VpnInn offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, submit a ticket with your request and the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full terms. Check plan prices and data rules on the Pricing page.
Can't Sign In to Your Account
First, check your username, password, and keyboard input. Then see the account guidance in the Help Center. No email address is required to create an account; sign in with your username and password. Keep your login details safe, and don't assume your email address is your account username.
You need to be signed in to submit a support ticket. If you can't access your account, follow the instructions shown in your dashboard. VpnInn does not offer account recovery outside the site; never enter your login details on an unrelated website.
